Sugar Bush Tours and Pancakes

Starts Monday February 18th 2013 (Family Day)!

Come on out to the farm with family and friends to watch the sap be boiled and enjoy some piping hot pancakes, sausage and real maple syrup at our heated and insulated market!

Take a wagon ride to the sugar bush and see sap being gathered just like our great grandfather did it. And then see our modern pipeline and the ingenious Mennonite Dumper.

Be sure to browse around the market before you leave and take some maple syrup or tempting treats home with you!

Hours 9:30am - 2pm Monday February 18  (Family Day)  Saturdays starting February 23 - April 6 and every day through March Break! Gluten free pancakes and sausages are now available on request.  Please notify us if you require this dietary substitution when you arrive, so that we can prepare it for you.

The trail in our sugar bush is not wheelchair accessible, therefore individuals requiring a wheelchair and their support person are eligible to pay only the meal price during our "open to the public" days. This policy does not necessarily apply to community group visits to the farm that are tailored to the needs of individuals within the group.

Come dressed for the weather!
While we try to keep mud to a minimum on our walking trails, it's a good idea to assume there will be some mud and water in the bush. Please choose appropriate footwear with that in mind.

We have rubber boots available for rent in a variety of sizes.
